Harriet Mitchell is the owner and head baker at The Power of Flour bakery.


Starting out as an apprentice at an Organic Farm in Devon, Harriet learned the fundamentals which would lead to an established career culminating in her most recent position as Chef de Partie at the five star Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa, providing baked goods for the in-house 2-starred Michelin chef Michael Wignall.


Combining her passion for baking with her bubbly personality, Harriet has also taught regular baking classes at both Pennyhill Park and Season Cookery School at Lainston House Hotel.


When Harriet isn't baking she loves the great outdoors, playing netball for her local team, and experimenting in the kitchen at home.
